By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and successful partnership between BookBooster and our valued affiliates.
1. Acceptance
By signing up for the BookBooster Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
2. Enrollment
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed program application. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including if we determine that your platform is unsuitable for our program.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1. As a BookBooster affiliate, you agree to promote BookBooster in a manner that is ethical and in compliance with all applicable laws and advertising guidelines.
3.2. Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited emails to promote BookBooster.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4. Affiliates must accurately represent BookBooster's services and not make any false or misleading claims.
4. Commission and Payments
4.1. Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding VAT, returns, and cancellations) that are directly attributed to your affiliate ID.
4.2. Payment will be made monthly, provided your earnings have reached the minimum threshold of $100. If you do not meet this threshold, your earnings will roll over to the next month.
4.3. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with commission fees.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. BookBooster grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material provided by us (the "Materials") for the purpose of promoting our service.
5.2. You may not alter, modify, or change the Materials in any way without prior written approval from BookBooster.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
6.2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using, and remove from your site, all links to BookBooster, and all our trademarks, logos, and all other materials provided in connection with the program.
7. Limitation of Liability
BookBooster will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookBooster and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your breach of this Agreement or your participation in the Program.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
9.2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BookBooster is established, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.
By joining the BookBooster Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
